Week 6 review

 

On Thursday, we studied rhetoric and its impact on writing. We also had a look at the three elements of rhetoric as defined by Aristotle - ethos, pathos, and logos.  

On Friday, we were divided into groups, and we discussed the argumentative essays that we were to write. First, we brainstormed and collected ideas, and then discussed the ideas with our teammates. We gave feedback to each other on how we could organise our ideas better and improve our essays. The activity helped us gain perspective on our essays and the peer review enhanced our essays.
